I’ve been training with Carla for almost 18 months, and my experience with her has been excellent. My overall core strength has increased, which I have noticed in everyday activities like lifting heavy household items or doing weekend yard work. My stamina and endurance has significantly improved. I could tell this summer in activities like hiking, kayaking, and even water skiing. Carla is knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive in planning my training sessions. Carla is constantly upbeat, positive, and at the same time, she is able to effectively challenge me to push me out of my comfort zone. I would highly recommend Carla to anyone looking for a truly personalized experience in their training.
